Construction Cost Index of Humbang Hasundutan Regency 2024

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2024 is a price index that describes the level of construction costs in Humbang Hasundutan Regency compared to the reference city, namely Banjarmasin City.The data presented in this publication were obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey (SHKK) specifically for building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental and construction service wages carried out in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The data processed came from price data for the third and fourth quarters of 2023 and the first and second quarters of 2024. The IKK calculation weighting diagram uses Bill of Quantity (BoQ) data and Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) realization data. IKK is one of the variables used to calculate the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
