Construction Cost Index of Humbang Hasundutan Regency 2021

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2021 is a price index that describes the level of construction cost of Humbang Hasundutan Regency compared to the reference city, Makassar City. The data presented in this publication is obtained from the results of the Construction Costly Price Survey (SHKK) specifically for building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental and construction service fees carried out in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The data processed comes from price data in the third and fourth quarters of 2020 and the first and second quarters of 2021. The weighing chart for calculating the IKK uses data on the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and data on the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). IKK is one of the variables used to calculate the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for the 2022 Fiscal Year.
